Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Students

48+ Hours Notice

If you cancel your workshop booking 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund (100%) to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

24-48 Hours Notice

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the workshop will receive a 50% refund. This partial refund reflects the difficulty in filling your spot at short notice.

Less than 24 Hours Notice

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the workshop are not eligible for a refund, as materials have already been prepared and the spot cannot be realistically filled.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled workshop without prior notification, no refund will be provided.

2. Emergency Circumstances

We understand that genuine emergencies occur. In cases of serious illness, family emergencies, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a suitable solution, which may include:

• Rescheduling to a future workshop
• Issuing a credit voucher valid for 12 months
• Providing a partial or full refund at our discretion

Documentation (e.g., medical certificate) may be required for emergency refund requests.

3. Cancellation by Creative Arts Studio

If we need to cancel a workshop due to:

• Insufficient enrollment
• Instructor illness or emergency
• Facility issues
• Unforeseen circumstances

You will be offered the choice between:

• Full refund processed within 5-7 business days
• Transfer to an alternative workshop date
• Credit voucher for future use

4. Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule rather than cancel:

• 48+ hours notice: Free rescheduling to any available workshop
• 24-48 hours notice: Rescheduling subject to availability with no additional fee
• Less than 24 hours: Rescheduling may incur a £15 administrative fee

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be completed within 6 months of your original booking date.

5. Multi-Week Course Refunds

For multi-week course bookings:

• Full refund if cancelled before the first session (48+ hours notice)
• Pro-rata refund available only before the second session
• No refunds after the second session has commenced
• Missed individual sessions within a course are not eligible for partial refunds

6. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used for any regular workshop.

Please include your booking reference number and the reason for cancellation. We will process your request and respond within 24 hours.

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take an additional 3-5 business days.
