Not at all! Our workshops are designed to accommodate all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced crafters. We offer beginner-friendly sessions where our instructors will guide you through every step, ensuring you feel confident and supported throughout your learning journey. If you have experience, we also offer intermediate and advanced classes to help you refine your skills.

All materials and tools are provided as part of your workshop fee, so you don't need to bring anything except your enthusiasm and creativity! We supply high-quality materials, specialized tools, and any reference materials you might need. Just wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a bit messy, especially for ceramics and wood carving classes.

Most of our workshop sessions run for 2-3 hours, providing ample time to learn techniques, work on your project, and ask questions. We find this duration strikes the perfect balance between comprehensive instruction and maintaining focus and energy. Some specialized intensive workshops may run longer, and we offer both single sessions and multi-week courses depending on the craft.

Absolutely! We offer private one-on-one sessions for personalized instruction, as well as group bookings perfect for team building, birthday parties, hen dos, or special celebrations. Private sessions can be tailored to your specific interests and skill level. Group bookings require advance notice and can accommodate parties of 6-15 people. Contact us to discuss your requirements and receive a custom quote.

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled workshop for a full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. We cannot offer refunds for no-shows without prior notice. However, in cases of genuine emergencies or illness, we're happy to work with you to find a suitable alternative arrangement.

Yes! Gift vouchers make wonderful presents for creative souls and are available for any of our workshops. They can be purchased for specific workshop values or as open amounts that recipients can apply toward any class of their choice. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed for any regularly scheduled workshop. Contact us or visit the studio to purchase a gift voucher for someone special.
